continue+ doing是指继续做某事,是指做刚才在做的事情,如：
Class begins,let's continue learning lesson 1.这里是说第一课,上节课上了,这节课继续上的意思.
continue + to do是指停下某事,继续做另一件事.如：
Class is over,let's continue to do some execrise.这里是停下上课,继续做练习.
continue+ with sth 意思和上面两种一样,既可是是指继续做某事,又可以是指停下某事,继续做另一件事.例句的话就是把上面两句的doing 和to do改成with 就可以了

to do强调停下手头的事情（后）继续做某事,doing就是不停做某事
eg：I continued to write my book when I had finished my homework.
我做完作业后继续写书（没停,但做的事情不一样,强调：忙死我啦）
I continued writting my book after a short rest.
短暂的休息后我继续写书（暗含的意思是一直在写书,同一件事,强调：这破书不好写啊）
to do强调我没闲着,一直在忙,强调动作,doing强调事情,这件事我一直在做.
至于楼上说的做没做完,看时态和语态吧,语言不能死学,多读多说你就会明白好多东西书上说的不严谨,你自个儿体会一下
