I am glad to recive your last letter,in which you ask me about the situation of smog in my city.Smog weather occurs frequently in recen years.In January,the smog reached its worst level.The smog seriously affect us,not only causing traffic troubles,but also doing harm to our healthy.People has realized troubles of smog and the government has been taking action to reduce the smog weather.The burning stuff is limited and emission from cars are requested to reduce.Besides,an environmental monitoring system is setted up so as to own the blue sky again.if you have any else questions,you can reply me as soon as possible

我记得好像是这样的：
当空气湿度较大,无缝或风很小,且空气中有足够的凝结核（就是空气中的那些灰尘什么的不是气体却漂浮在空气中的东西,这些东西很小,一般肉眼很难看到）如果这时候气温持续降低且达到一定幅度,那么空气容纳水蒸气的能力就会降低,然后空气中多余的水蒸气就会凝结在凝结核上但又不会落在地上,就会出现雾霾天气.
