in 表示方式,指用某种材质,比如用铅笔的石墨,还是用墨水,而不是作为工具；with 表示用某种工具.chalk是单纯的工具,可以直接使用,而pencil是使用里面的石墨,pen是用墨水,如果没有石墨和墨水那空壳是用不成的,老外对这个分得很清楚.
