so其实就是个蛮口语化的结构词.意思是“因此”或“所以”.
这样放在句首一般是比较informal的用法,口语化的.
通常表示一断总结性的话的开始.有时候也只是开启搭讪的话题罢了.
例：
两个熟人街上遇见,一个人可能会说“So,how's your project going on?”之类的话.
也可以用来表示对别人之前话的总结或者意思的总结.
