很明显told是tell的过去分词,told 和told to 只是用法的区别.
举个例子你容易理解的!
用told
i have told you (sth)that day! 我那天告诉过你(某事）!（某事可省）
用told to
sth have been told to you that day! 我那天告诉过你某事（某事不可省）
很显然他们是主动与被动的关系 句子的主语部分told一个是人（肯定的因为是动作发生者）
told to 是事或者人
提示：
人可以be told 即被告知某事
某事可以be told to 即被告诉某人
