摘 要 参考系是研究运动的基准,牛顿运动定律是建立在惯性参考系中的定律.凡是牛顿运动定律在其中能正确成立的参考系为惯性参考系.相对于惯性系作加速运动的系统,就是非惯性系.由于惯性力的引入,使牛顿运动定律的形式在非惯性系中得以沿用,这给许多力学问题的解决带来了很大的方便.通过对惯性系与非惯性系的讨论,以及对平动参考系和转动参考系的研究,阐述了牛顿定律不适合非惯性系的原因,以及非惯性系中的运动定律.并举例说明不同参考系下的同一运动,所得加速度可以不同.

Abstract
Frame of reference is the basis of motion study.Newton's laws of motion are established in the inertial frame of reference.Whatever frame in which Newton's laws of motion can be established falls in to the category of inertial frame.Compared with inertial frame as the frame of acceleration,there is non-inertial frame.Thanks to the introduction of inertial force,Newton's laws of motion have been adopted in the non-inertial frame,which greatly facilitates the solution to many issues of dynamics.Through the discussion of inertial frame and non-inertial frame,and the study of translational motion frame and rotating reference frame,this paper expounds the reasons why Newton's laws of motion is not applicable to non-inertial frame,and laws of motion in non-inertial frame.Besides,this thesis illustrates with examples the point that the same motion can have different accelerated velocity in different frames of reference.
