I saw an astonishing article on the internet. It talked about Boston bombings. First I’llsummarize the main points of the report. Then I’ll give you my reaction. At the end you’ll have a chance to shareyour opinion.
Tsarnaev is charged on 30 counts ---Three died and at least2 64 people were wounded in the double bombings by using pressure cookers and 48 firework mortars, which took place near the marathon finish line.17 of the 30 counts may lead to death sentence.
Three days after the attacks, the 2 Tsarnaev brothers drove to the MIT campus,where they shot and killed officer Sean Collier and attempted to steal his service weapon, the indictment says.
Soon after, police discovered the Tsarnaevs at anintersection in nearby Watertown, where they tried to apprehend them, but the brothers fired at the police and used four IEDs(bombs) against them.
Police tackled the elder brother and were trying to handcuff him when Dzhokhar Tsarnaev got back into the car and drove it at the officers. He wound up running over his brother, “contributing to his death.”
The younger Tsarnaev escaped, abandoned the car nearby and hid in the boat, where he remained until the owner noticed him and called police to arrest him.
I think Tsarnaev knows what he is doing and he should be sentenced to death.
