15年当中,每半年存450,前面7年半的利率是10%,后面七年半的利率是11%
题目是不是这个意思?
因为每半年计算一次利息,所以半年的利息是5%和5.5%,千万别搞错哦
前7年半的存款:450*(1.05^15-1)/0.05=9710.35,然后再以1.055的半年利率存了15个半年,即最终存款为9710.35*1.055^15=21678.13
后7年半的存款:450*(1.055^15-1)/0.055=10083.90
二者最终相加:21678.13+10083.90=31762.03
所赚利息=31762.03-450*30=18262.03

这题题目很简单,无非就是借贷100000美金,名义利率8%,分月偿还,12年还清,问每个月换多少
很简单,建立一个等式,每个月的偿还金额的现值之和=100000即可
设每月偿还A
现在的主要问题是月利率的计算
(1)若按照连续复利计算,那么月利率就是e^(8%/12) -1
那么等式就是
A*e^[(8%/12)*(-1)]+A*e^[(8%/12)*(-2)]+A*e^[(8%/12)*(-3)]+……+A*e^[(8%/12)*(-144)]=100000
左边是个等比数列,共144项(12年每年12个月),用等比数列求解即可
(2)若月利率不是按照连续复利计算
那么等式就是
A*(1+8%/12)^(-1)+A*(1+8%/12)^(-2)+A*(1+8%/12)^(-3)+……+A*(1+8%/12)^(-144)=100000

我不是学金融的,对银行的实际利率怎么算并不是十分清楚,以上都是基于课本的知识
