If the difference in percentage of Fe content between load port's and discharging port's analysis made under paragraph A of this clause is more than 0.5% or if there exists a significant difference between the two said analysis in respect of anyone or more chemical contents other than Fe.
如果装运港和卸货港各自按照该条款A段中的要求所作的分析中,铁含量的差异超过了0.5％,或者在上述所说的两种分析中除了铁之外有其它一种或多种的化学元素含量存在这显著差别.
Seller shall consult with Buyer to reconcile such differences.If after consultation between Seller and Buyer the difference cannot be reconciled then at the request of Seller the sample for umpire shall be analyzed by an umpire agreed between Buyer and Seller,and the certificate of analysis issued by such umpire shall be final for Fe or relevant chemical content.
卖方应当就该差别向买方咨询以求得调解.如果双方之间的咨询结束后,对此差别仍无法达成共识.那么,应卖方的要求,由双方协议认可的仲裁人对样品进行仲裁.由此仲裁员发出的对铁或相关化学元素含量的分析证明为终结性.
