On knowledge and ability,the following are my views.
First,in order to become a knowledge of their abilities ,a man who wants to acquire a certain amount of knowledge.Eventually applied to real life.Knowledge is the basis of ability
Second,after have the ability,we can easily to learn new knowledge.Ability to contribute to learning.
Knowledge can enhance our ability and the ability to make our knowledge of the broader.All in all ,the two complement each other.

第一个问题,语法就是那么要求的
“as + 形容词或副词原级 + as…”
或者是“ as + 形容词 + a + 单数名词 + as 意为“……和……一样…… " .例如：He is as clever a boy as his brother .
我觉得这种问题只能硬性记忆.
第二个问题
不选a和b的原因是,主句已经有一个动词are,那么就不可能用第二个动词.
不选d而选c的原因是,这句话其实是
The lecture,who is covering the current international issues ,are well received.
who is 被省略掉 所以只剩下covering
这种句型是会经常考到的,大学4,6级,甚至托福.
